THIS BLOG IS ABOUT: Hot bodies of inspiration (men of a certain age), my quest for the ultimate 6-pack, learning to cook, experiments with cosmetology and trying to be healthier without becoming one of those overly-obsessive freaks that can't stop yapping about their carb and calorie count. I hate those assholes. THE BACK STORY: At 29, I hated my life: a WeHo party boy wasting away living check to check working retail, when I wanted to be in entertainment. That's when I decided it was time to change things and become BETTERby30. I stopped eating fast food, gave up soda, and quit the after-hours scene. I left my dead-end job and am now I'm a full-time writer. In the process I began a book about the transition (still in progress...writing a novel is, like, really hard) and started this blog. I drastically changed my life for the better and don't plan to stop any time soon. I'm generally a sarcastic bitch, but even a cold-hearted queen like me can be a cheerleader for positive change. Rah.
