Move on over to my zip code, Trevor Donovan

90210 stud Tervor Donovan is definitely lickable.

This hot bitch recently joined the cast and has the best bod on set! The former model hits the gym hard to stay in peak shape. Natch, they're filming him topless as frequently as possible. Here, he's filming a surfing scene in Marina del Rey, Calif.

The 30-yr-old plays Teddy Montgomery, a tennis champ whose dad is an Oscar-winning actor. Because, you know, that's totally common here in Hollywood.

More vapid, pointless fun at popbytes: Just because he's cute!

A Better Tomorrow

I wanted to do a video that served as an overview to BETTERby30, explaining how I came up with the concept and my general philosophy. Last month, I started doing video blogs with Ann & Christian -- two friends of mine who just launched their own video company called Just A Bear Productions, Inc. We all used to live together before they got married and had kids. Now we're building each other up creatively in a mutually beneficial project! It's been a lot of fun getting the BB30 YouTube channel going; it's also a learning process. I'm open to your thoughts & suggestions, so comment below -- also, if you're a registered YouTube user, why not SUBSCRIBE TO BETTERby30's channel RIGHT NOW?!? *hint, hint, wink, hint, hint wink*

Alexander Skarsgård Naked! Workout Music! Big Whale! Shower Scene!

True Blood baddie and hot bitch Alexander Skarsgård curls his delicious lips around 33 today.

Various studies have shown a positive connection between music and physical activity. On his fansite, Alex detailed his recommended workout music for running laps:

KSMB “Hårding”
Mörbyligan “Ensamma Sussie”
Ebba Grön “Turist i Tillvaron”
The Exploited “Sex & Violence”
The Ramones “Beat on the Brat”
The Misfits “All Hell Breaks Loose”
Sex Pistols “My Way”
Kenta Gustafsson “Bajen”

Just because it's hot, here's a sexy times shower scene from his foreign flick Hundtricket.

Speaking of wet things, I've had the opportunity to interview some of the True Blood cast, including Kristin Bauer, who has gotten Alex involved in the Tails for Whales campaign, which seeks to end the unnecessary deaths of whales.

If you dig that anchor necklace he's wearing, 100% of the profits from the inspired design by Cadsawn jewelry goes to Tails for Whales. These necklaces are made out of recycled silver -- it would be sort of counterproductive to ravage the earth in order to benefit the ocean!

Hot Daddy Alert: Gabriel Aubry

The House of Brangelina can't touch this. Hottest Hollywood family? Gabriel Aubry, Helle Berry and baby Nahla.

Unfortunately, there is very little to find about daddy Gabriel's health & fitness routine. Much has been said about Halle being on the 5-Factor Diet, which is made up of five, 25-minute workouts per week (all of which can be done using only a set of dumbbells and a bench) and eating five healthy meals per day.

The workout component of 5-Factor is based on five, five-minute phases:

Phase 1: Cardio warm-up
Phase 2: Upper-body strength exercise
Phase 3: Lower-body strength exercise
Phase 4: Core (midsection) exercise
Phase 5: Fat-burning cardio

The 300 Fitness Test

Ok this is just crazy, y'all. CRA-zay-zie.

The 300 Workout
This workout gets its name from the total number of repetitions, because duh. These 300 reps weren't done daily, but rather performed as a finale after months spent training. It served as a kind of graduation test; to prepare, the actors weight-lifted and trained with medicine balls and Kettlebells (cast iron weights with handles).*
*Read the full write-up on WebMD

Not for the faint of heart, nor the out-of-shape -- experts caution that creator Mark Twight is not certified as a trainer by conventional organizations.

25 pull-ups
50 deadlifts at 135 pounds
50 push-ups
50 box jumps with a 24-inch box
50 "floor wipers" (a core and shoulders exercise at 135 pounds)
50 "clean and press" at 36 pounds (a weight-lifting exercise)
25 more pull-ups -- for a total of 300 reps

There's no rest between movements and the score is based on total time.

Part of me thinks I'd die if I had to train hard enough to be able to pass the 300 Fitness Test; the other part is like hey I'm no sissy boy. Well, you know. Prissy maybe, but not a wimp.

It would be interesting to see if it's even possible to get past the first benchmark. Because, like, pull-ups are hard. Rilly rilly hard. Totally.

Ryan Kwanten Shirtless in GQ

True Blood hottie Ryan Kwanten is working his hot shit for GQ this month.

Over at YoungHollywood.com, I had the opportunity to interview the biting babe for my column. Before landing the hit series stateside, Ryan appeared in sexy Australian soap operas. “At first it was a little lonely,” he told me about his move Stateside. “But over time I have cemented some great relationships both at work and socially. I am happy to call it my second home.” Read more...

Ryan is a beach-loving triathlete and yoga enthusiast. His remarkable hotness is the result of his lifelong immersion in the fitness lifestyle. “I always grew up with physical activity, so now it’s just a part of who I am,” he says. “I do a little something every day. Even when I’m working, I’ll go home and run on the soft sand at two in the morning. No matter the time, even if I have to wake up at four, I do whatever [exercise] I can. If I don’t then I’m not me.”

Ricky Martin is a Hot Daddy

Those are some adorable guns, Ricky Martin! The singer has been showing off his newborn twins...

...from baby's first bath...

...to toddler beach time!

To stay fit: "I do yoga and lots of chocolate!" he says. "The best workout is to be on stage, but yes, I try to go to the gym as much as I can -- maybe two or three
times a week."

He also says carting around his babies provide a great "bicep-tricep workout."

Eric Dane Sex Tape

Eric Dane sex tape? Does anybody put things "on tape" anymore? What is this, 1995? So many questions! As usual, FleshBot helps us get to the naked truth!

See Eric Dane naked

"The latest edition in our cavalcade of celebrity sex tapes: Eric Dane, Rebecca Gayheart, and Kari Ann Peniche (known for "Grey's Anatomy," Noxema commercials, and beauty pageants/sex work respectively) all got together one day, did some drugs, and got naked. And taped themselves. Is it shocking? Not really: in fact, it's rather tame (perhaps even more boring than 'Kim Kardashian, Superstar')."

And they're right! I'd post the clip here but it is extremely boring and supposedly the parties involved are suing mad. The screencap is from FleshBot, the "tape" {even though it's not a tape} is on FleshBot. It's their fault for everything, sue them.

Consumer Freedom

Consumer Freedom is the right of adults and parents to choose how they live their lives, what they eat and drink, how they manage their finances, and how they enjoy themselves.

I've only just become aware of this organization and am poking around their sites. So far I've found interesting and compelling information that may be of interest to you, the consumer!

Eric Bana: Abs are for people with no friends

"Abs are for people with no friends," Eric Bana quipped recently. "I don’t do the ab thing. I’ve even had them once, actually, for a film, and they were always covered up. I just said to myself, ‘Well, I’ll just never do that again.’ That was a waste of time. There’s so much more to enjoy in life."

Obviously he was joking. Beautiful people always have plenty of friends. But it does speak to priorities. I get sort of swept up in the the physical aspects -- sometimes -- and forget that part of my message is "good health is not determined by the scale, tape measures or washboard abs." So if I have been off message or perhaps stuck over in the shallow end lately that's certainly not what drives me to try and lead a healthier life.

I want to be able to enjoy things now, and later when I'm older. I'm not going to be an armchair grandpa, put out to pasture, sitting on the porch on a rocker watching the world go by. I'm going to be out in the world, doing things and being active, staying in touch with the modern world. I hope by changing what was once a very poor diet and lifestyle into a much healthier one that I'll enjoy a better quality of life.

It just so happens I'm going to look absolutely fantastic doing it, too.

Michael Phelps Car Crash: Seriously Damaged

My baby! Don't worry, you guys. Michael Phelps and the other driver are okay after a car accident yesterday.

ETonline.com says: Olympic gold medalist Michael Phelps was in a car accident in Baltimore on Thursday night. A Baltimore Police spokesman tells us that Phelps was involved in a two-car collision, but he wasn't injured. The Olympian swimmer was behind the wheel of a late-model Cadillac Escalade that collided with a Honda Accord driven by a female. Both cars were "seriously damaged." The spokesman says the woman was "shaken up" and taken to the hospital as a precautionary measure. Police interviewed Phelps and witnesses of the accident. No arrests were made and no charges were filed. The cause of the crash is still being investigated, but alcohol and drugs were not a factor, the police spokesman tells us. A new report will be available tomorrow.

So, yay. He's fine, y'all. He can still swim, win gold medals & show off his wang in revealing swim suits. And I can continue to lust over the dolphin boy with a heart of gold -- and more importantly, post pics of his package.

alles Gute zum Geburtstag Moritz Bleibtreu

I've always thought that dude from Run Lola Run had a sexy quality about him, in that dude next door kind of way. DSL for sure! Moritz Bleibtreu says "hallo" to 38 today. He's a German star, so beyond his wikipedia I wasn't able to find out much about him.

HNT: Wes Bound & Down

Some people like to get tied up. Does being bound down turn you on?

There's a certain WTF? element about it all, really. I mean, I get it and all but it seems so put on. Maybe that's fun once in awhile or whatever, I'm not saying it isn't. The bondage community is just a little too hardcore for me. Getting kinky is cool, but I don't need a membership. Plus, I have control issues.

Supposedly in the world of S&M, the submissive is the one with the power, because they dictate what the top gets...or something. I sort of forget the argument. I've certainly met some power bottoms who were in control of the whole situation, but mostly I think we all give ourselves up during sex. The involved parties are letting their guard down and allowing themselves to be vulnerable. You have to let go of everything else to experience pleasure fully.

Good sex is being able to do that without fear or inhibition. More importantly, a good sex partner allows that to happen. While I know you don't have to be in love in order to do fucky times with somebody, I think you have to establish trust to fuck them well.

In my mind, this was going to be a really well thought out and expertly worded entry about sexual stuff and it turns out I can't just deliver that on the fly. I think I get dumber by the day. Thankfully, you ain't got to have no brains to be good at sexing. In fact, the more thought out and planned, the less passionate I find the act to be. Which, ultimately, doesn't lead me to break out the straps very often. Good fuckin' don't need utensils. Anyways, that's what's spinning around in my mind this week. What you think about that?

p.s. Funnily enough, I tweeted about nipple rings today & somebody asked if I'd had mine pierced. I told them my nips were WAY too small for that. Naturally, in this picture I'm leaned back, making my head look tiny & my nipples look freaking huge. Way to make me a liar, sexy self-portrait!

Happy Half Nekkid Thursday!

In Hirsute Pursuit of Pete Sampras

Pluck it or fuck it? Tennis pro Pete Sampras backhands 38 today. I've always thought he was hot, though a little furry. Some dudes are into that. I don't mind it, but it's not a fetish. Would you make your guy shave it?

Personally I trim, pluck or shave every hair on my body. I keep that shit in check, but I'm a cover girl. HELLO MARY.

During his 15-year career, Pete dick slapped 14 Grand Slam titles and won countless other tournaments. His memoir is called A Champion's Mind: Lessons from a Life in Tennis.

This bitch is retired, but he claims it ain't easy. "Retirement is a work in progress," he says. It’s not like you can read a book and figure it out. But I realized in 2005 that I needed to start doing something. I wasn’t structured at all. I was kind of waking up, playing golf, not really doing much. When I committed to playing a little tennis in some exhibitions, it was the best thing for me. It got me in shape. It got me out of the house. It got me doing something I love to do."

Nowadays, "I’ll get up either 7 or 8 and spend some time with my kids before they go to pre-school. Then at 10 to 11 I’ll go to the gym and lift some weights or do a run. I might play golf from noon to 4 or 5. Then I’ll get back and spend a few hours with my kids before they go to bed. That’s kind of a typical day. But I do hit the tennis ball three days a week, maybe from 1:30 to 3. Twice a week I play basketball. I have a little hoop at my house so I’ll bring eight guys over to play a little four-on-four. That’s a great workout. And I play poker in a home game once a week. I spend a lot of time with my kids. I like taking my older son out to lunch. We go to Beverly Hills to have lunch and we have that time together."

P.S. Milk is a great source of calcium, but You body needs Vitamin D to absorb calcium effectively. Most milk is enriched with Vitamin D, but some of the "organic" milks may not contain this additive, which you can take in a daily supplement.

P.P.S. Asian robots please stop spamming my comments in Japanese. Thanks.

Getting Down with Eric Dane

Eric Dane embodies the BETTERby30 philosophy, beautifullly.

"Going to the gym and looking for a specific result is a short-lived existence, as opposed to going to the gym and adopting it as a lifestyle. Develop a routine, because it's much harder to break it if you have one. If you have no routine, you have nothing to break, so discipline goes out the window," Eric says.

"I'm a goal setter, but in broad strokes ... All I do is work with an element of challenge and an element of enjoyment. With that, anything can happen."

Eric goes to my gym in Hollywood. I don't know why I feel the need to mention that, but I guess it personalizes the experience. I touched his arm once. And he called me "buddy." Then I jizzed in my pants.

Hot Bitch of the Day: Ryan Gosling

I'd ride it.

Ryan Gosling has been getting buff and stuff for about a year. When asked how he's gained weight for his movies he replied, "Steroids. No. I ate a lot and worked out." Single, sexy and {sort of} funny! My kind of man.

In addition to riding a crotch rocket, Ry also likes to suck it.

Justin Theroux Me Down & Do Me

Hot bitch Justin Theroux donkey punches 38 today.

The actor made his writing debut with Ben Stiller and Etan Cohen for Tropic Thunder. He's currently writing Iron Man 2, but he's perhaps best known for his shirtless, flaming fighting scene in Charlie's Angeles: Full Throttle.

"In Full Throttle, I'm the ex-boyfriend that Drew's character put away for life who's managed to get out of prison. In a fight scene, I have my shirt off. I had to hit the Ab Roller and ThighMaster and get in as good shape as a 140-pound guy can."

"It was one of those situations where someone else was paying for the trainer and the diet, so it was kind of the way Oprah does it. I'll never do that again, and I'll never be in that great of shape again."

Justin is a friend to the gay community and plays it limp-wristed pretty often. Of course he "has a girlfriend." BOO! I say to that.

M. Knight Shyamalan's 5 Secrets to Success

Movie director M. Knight Shyamalan calls 39 to action today.

While 6th Sense made over a billion, Knight has also directed some box office stinkers. His low points do not distract him from his goals. In Hollywood, where you're only as good as your last project, that attitude is keeping him off suicide watch. Most people are terrified that one wrong move could derail their career.

Author Michael Bamberger spent two years in Knight's shadow, observing him and noting his work ethic.

Sometimes I focus way too much on the physical, but BETTERby30 is about body, mind & spirit. Get your head set with these 5 lessons from a master.

1. He sets the alarm. He has a plan everyday, and he puts in the time. He doesn't lounge around. If it's his day to write, he writes, whether he feels like it or not.

2. Night has a winning personality. He's not an asshole. People want to stay in his corner.

3. Yes he has drive and desire, but he's also willing to fail. One of Shyamalan's heroes is Michael Jordan. Like Jordan, he wants the ball when the game is on the line. But Shyamalan pointed out that Jordan has missed as many potential game winning shots has he has made.

4. Paul Giamatti (the star of Lady in the Water) said it's unrealistic for anyone to care as much as Shyamalan does about his projects. But that's OK. It's what makes Shyamalan so effective -- he's too much of a visionary to see that.

5. What should you do when you're working for someone as driven as Shyamalan? You can look at it like this: I'm either going to let this guy wear me down, or I'm going to learn everything I can and one day apply his passion to something in my life.

Fresh Catch: Leonardo DiCaprio

Leo DiCaprio: Throw down or throw it back in the ocean?

I'm torn, you guys. On one hand he's a world-famous celebrity with tons of cash and A-List connections. It's likely the encounter would happen on a private yacht or something $exy, which is a plus in the environment category on my hookup scorecard. Plus, I could always brag about that time Leonardo cornholed me, or vice versa. On the other hand, what an extremely average fuck. You know, physically. Even so, he could be great in bed. Some of the most average dudes I've been with have been great lays. Dare I say they have something to prove? Meanwhile, some super hot guys are about as adventurous as oatmeal and kiss like a dead fish. I guess what I'm saying is, while you can't judge a book by its cover, Leo could try a little harder. This is a Hollywood heartthrob? If he weren't famous I’d be all like, "meh, not bad but my taint ain't tingling." All that said, why lie? I’d still hit it. Hey! I'm an equal opportunity kind of ho.

Even More Better by 40?

Ab-tastic Daniel Dae Kim & male supermodel Marcus Schenkenberg swordfight 41 today.

Obviously, Marcus is paid to be a hot bitch and his routine reflects a dedicated gym rat. An article about his routine revealed he does 10-15 minutes of cardio warm-up, and work different muscle groups each day. He works his abdominals every day: four sets of about forty crunches, in four different positions to work different muscle groups, during which he focuses on keeping his stomach sucked in, so the muscles don't develop bulged-out.

Mon: Chest, bis, tris, abs.
Tues: Legs, abs.
Wed: Shoulders, back, forearms, abs
Thurs: Rest.
Fri: Chest, bis, tris, abs.
Sat: Legs, abs.
Sun: Shoulders, back, forearms, abs.

Daniel says he doesn't have a specific routine, he does "try and do something active -- running, hiking or playing tennis," he says. According to Men's Health, he runs 3 to 4 miles 3 or 4 days a week and trains with weights on the same days. To keep his workouts moving at peak efficiency, "I don't take long breaks between sets," he says.

Daniel turns 40 today. A big reason to keep active in your 30's? To stay fit and look hot BEYOND them.

All Hail the Chief

The Prez celebrated his birthday at Camp David over the weekend in part by playing basketball and a little bowling. One of those is a real sport, the other a fun activity.

A typical day for Obama at the gym, as detailed by Politico: "Obama ran a full body workout. Calf raises (70 lbs). Lying triceps presses but with single 15 lbs dumbbells in each hand. Shoulder presses. Step ups with a high platform, clasping dumbbells. He had a prescribed workout on paper...though at times Obama did his own thing, focusing mostly on his triceps. Later, in the corner of the gym he did calf raises alone, lifting about 80 lbs and then cleaning the bench afterward, slowly, weight by weight."

President Obama rocks a dapper 48 today.
