Health: Are you manorexic?


Do you wanna look like this?!? If so, something is probably wrong with you in the brains.

NHS figures have shown a 66 per cent increase in hospital admissions in England for male eating disorders over the last decade.

"Exercise is a major factor with eating disorders in men in particular," a NHS spokesperson said. "They become obsessed with exercising every single day, if not more, and it can take over their life without them realizing there may be a more deep-seated reason behind it."

"It is seen as a teenage girls' disease," she added, "but eating disorders are serious psychological conditions which can kill."

Its not possible for me to be so thin unless food became unavailable for some reason. Exercise has its value but not to the extreme. All things in moderation as its said! - V
